Players may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money Balance subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal processing is contingent upon completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's identity has been satisfactorily verified.
If a Player has an active Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be processed from the Real Money Balance portion only. Players who refer new members via the egaming888 referral programme earn a reward upon the referred Player completing a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are subject to verification. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, referals of fictitious individuals, or referrals made in violation of these Terms — will result in forfeiture of the reward and may result in account suspension.

Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are settled based on all individual selections being declared valid. If any leg of a Mix Parlay is void (e.g., match cancelled or postponed), that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections continue as if the original parlay had fewer legs, with odds recalculated accordingly.
In the event of a malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, egaming888 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction are void and stakes are returned. egaming888's recorded game data constitutes the definitive record of all gameplay outcomes.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting egaming888 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
egaming888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has violated these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified; a Player is found to be under21 years of age; a Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or compliance obligations require egaming888 to suspend the account.
Upon account termination for cause (breach of Terms), egaming888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Money Balance, where the funds are associated with prohibited conduct.
